1. Service Overview

SK Network provides surveillance and camera-related services, including installation, maintenance, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Users can book a visit by paying a service booking fee of ₹50.

After booking, a technician will visit the provided location to assess your requirements and share further details, including pricing and AMC options.

2. Booking and Payments

  • The ₹50 booking fee is non-refundable and covers the technician’s visit and requirement gathering.
  • Final charges for any service or AMC plan will be shared after on-site evaluation and must be approved by the user before work begins.
  • Payments for additional services must be made via accepted digital payment methods as listed on our platform.

3. AMC Plans

AMC packages are available as fixed plans or can be customized based on your needs. The plan, scope, and pricing will be shared after assessment.

A separate agreement may be required for AMC coverage, which includes terms related to service frequency, coverage, and exclusions.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
  • Ensure availability at the location for the scheduled visit.
  • Cooperate with our technician to facilitate smooth service delivery.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellations after dispatch of technician are not eligible for refund.

6. Service Liability

While we take all necessary measures to provide quality service, SK Network is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss, or delays caused during or after the service, unless due to proven negligence by our staff.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by SK Network and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to such data usage.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after such updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
